Heavy snow on the Olympics. Cascades, too, but I can’t see them from where I live. The weather pattern the past week and a half has been two or three days of steady rain, a day without, then repeat. The rain I don’t mind (this is Western Washington) since it keeps it green up here and might discourage Californians from immigrating (although they all seem to come up here in the summer when it’s glorious and stubbornly refuse to leave when the rain starts). But just as good as the rain is the snow in the mountains since that’s what keeps the reservoirs filled throughout the year.

Nothing against Californians, of course, so long as they stay in California. Even if they must come up here and crowd the state, they’d be tolerable if they just didn’t vote.

It is going to be like holding back a horny bull when it encounters a cow in heat, when the democrats get control in December.

On several blogs and MSM media, it is apparent that while Nancy may want to restrain some Bush haters and there may be other forces trying to pull back the reins; these extreme leftist committee chairmen will launch many investigations and hearings on whether or not Bush should be impeached within weeks after the new Congress is sworn in.

I could be wrong, but I feel America and our image around the world could be in for a living hell next year!

    3. How do I define failure in Iraq?

      - The length of time it take’s the Left to cut and run.

      - You wanna win this war, one thing that would greese the wheels. Offer life time deferments to anyone that wants one, (You could just automatically send them out to people listed as NeoLibs or SecProggs).

      - The day after the bill was signed by the President, the war would suddenly be going remarkably well.

      - Bang **==

    4. Mwalimu Daudi says:

It’s time to renew my wife’s green card. So, with documents, affidavits, certificates and photographs (and $205) in our hands, we go to ask, plead, request, beg, intercede, and (if need be) implore the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services to extend her stay here and convince them that (a) we really are married, and (b) my wife is not UBL in drag.

If you ever want to take a stroll in Bureaucratic Hell, try filling out and filing immigration forms in an effort to obey the law. Just getting her visa and original green card took over a year and the intervention of two different members of Congress with the US Embassy and the USCIS.

Bottom line: We would have saved a lot of time and money by sneaking into the country illegally. Heckfire – we would have been elevated to the Most Holy Level of “victims” in MSM-speak.

Here are a couple of things I believe should be watched.

Something very interesting, in How to Destroy America.

Then watch America. The voice is John Wayne. It is great.

Then watch Who is this American Soldier. Even better.

And we are getting close to Christmas with out men and women in uniform away from our hearts, so watch this: A Military Christmas. Brought a tear to my eye.

And a trip down memory lane with “When Life was in black and white”.

      You want more?

    7. Severian says:

Just tell them she’s Mexican and she floated acoss the Rio Grand MD, they’ll fall all over themselves to help then. 8-|

    8. Mwalimu Daudi says:

No joke, Sev – I really did consider flying us to Mexico from Tanzania and sneaking across the border (we live in Texas).
