RIP, Army Sgt. 1st Class James Priestap

I’m a frequent linker to Wizbang, and Kim Priestap – who blogs there – is one of the bloggers I enjoy reading the most there.

Her family recently received some bad news: her husband’s cousin, Army Sgt. 1st Class James Priestap, was killed by a terrorist sniper while he was working at Checkpoint 17 in Baghdad. Kim’s written about the circumstances surrounding his death and a moving tribute as well. Make sure to check it out here.
