Sheesh - just realized that I haven’t started one of these in a few days. Enjoy, ya’ll.

BTW, isn’t this beautiful?:

I just love this time of year.

  1. The End Of The United Kingdom?

The break-up of the United Kingdom became a stark possibility as thousands of English and Scottish voters demanded home rule.

  1. It is indeed a beautiful sight … wish we got snowfalls here in Alabama, we do on occasion get a couple of inches but nothing as pretty as this.:)

  2. Well, of course you love it! You live in North Carolina! How hard are the winters down there? lol

When you’re out shoveling three feet of snow, give me a call. haha

  3. They last five or so winters have been among the coldest I can recall - and we’ve gotten snow or ice storms each time. One year the snow was so bad it knocked out power for several days.

  5. Hmmm, we’re expecting temps in the 80s tomorrow. I may have to put on a shirt to keep out the chill.

    Heheheeee!

    Beautiful picture, Sis.

  6. Sistah - If its just the same to you, I’ll enjoy my winter snow scenes on Currier & Ives post cards, or on that occasional trip out to Sunrise Highway up in the Alpines, about 35 minutes West of me. That way after a few hours of romping in the heavy wet snow, and Sunshine, we can drive about 45 minutes East, and enjoy the beach that afternoon out on Coronado’s Silver strand. Maybe do a little body board surfing, to drive that ole chill out of the bones. Neener Neener….:d

  8. We just had an ice storm last night. My wife went to take the dog out and fell down the front steps (she’s ok). Winters can get bad where I live, but they’re a lot better here than they were when I lived in Mason City (near the MN border). It was like living in Alaska or something. lol

  9. Thanks for my new desktop wallpaper! Our first winter storm is rolling in tonight. I don’t mind a little snow, but I object to being buried in it :-)
