Senate Democrats stall earmark reform, House stalling on war supp. affecting military already

They’ve talked a good talk about it, but apparently aren’t prepared to walk the walk. Red State has the details.

And over in the House, the stall on the war supplemental spending bill continues, and yes – the military is already experiencing the negative effects, which Democrats claimed wouldn’t happen because they claimed they supposedly ‘had longer’ than the President was suggesting in order to come together on the supplemental.
