Bye bye, Nifong

Posted by: Sister Toldjah on June 16, 2007 at 7:41 pm

Mr. Mike Nifong has been disbarred.

At long last, justice in the Duke lacrosse ‘rape’ case has finally been served. There may be more justice, depending on whether or not the accused decide to sue in civil court.

Now how about the 88 morons employed at duh skoo house! Or the lying wench! Or the ululating cheers of the Unsharptons from the sidelines! Or the DBM! OR……!

I wonder what duh Nifong severance package looks like. Hopefully it includes a long stay at the NC State run hilton, in solitaire!

Now hopefully these power hungry libs will stop abusing their power and positions. This is exceptional news and I hope that these boys sue the living beejesus outta this pathetic lowlife pondscum fecal matter, did I say lowlife?? – Lorica

    3. Paul says:

Nifong deserved to be disbarred, but what of the woman who said she was raped and wasn’t ? Is she going to suffer a penalty ? :-?

    4. Bachbone says:

I hope the three students sue the pants off Duke University for the treatment that august institution afforded them. I suppose Duke’s endowed billions have been protected by its lawyers, but I’d sure like to see Duke raked over hot coals for its actions. If I had a child who wanted to go to Duke, I’d derail that thought immediately.

    5. Real justice will come when Nifong is sentenced to as much time in prison as he planned to get for the three boys, just so he could get elected to a full term and get a better retirement benefit.

    6. Roger says:

A civil suit will be filed no doubt. Criminal charges should be filed by the NC ATtorney General or by the Feds for a civil rights violation.

    7. David L says:

Disbarment is good, but is not justice. Mifong went after the Duke player reputation and personal freedom. All Nifong has lost is his job and professional reputation.

    8. Dana says:

I checked out some of the sites of our friends on the left (you know the ones, the sites that wanted to hang ‘em all), looking for some sort of article on Mr Nifong’s departure and disbarment.

      All I found was silence.

    9. PCD says:

      Dana,

Did you really expect the left to do the right thing and admit Nifong was wrong, and that the left was wrong in blindly supporting Nifong?

Here’s a question. Since Jesse Jackson stuck his nose in this affair offering financial assistance to the stripper, can the damaged lacrosse players and coaches sue Jesse and his “monochrome coalition” for damages and collect? It is for sure that Nifong and the stripper have no money, and the stripper is the only one with a livelyhood right now.

    10. Great White Rat says:

      PCD,

Jackson would just weasel out of paying even if he lost the suit. Recall that the people who sued Al Sharpton for his part in the Tawana Brawley hoax won their case about 20 years ago, and they still haven’t collected a dime of the damages. Same thing would happen with Jackson, unless by some miracle the case got a judge who would actually enforce the judgement by seizing his property and assets. Good luck with that… :-w

I also think that the 88 “professors” should tutor each of these students individually, until they have their degrees. Ohhh and they should do it no charge. :) It is good to hold idiotic people responsible for their actions. – Lorica
