Great news: Dry cleaner wins in defending itself against frivolous lawsuit
Remember the lawsuit I blogged about back in early May about the idiot Washington, DC judge who was suing his dry cleaner for $54 million (at one point it was $67 million) over a pair of lost pants?
Well, the court ruled in favor of the dry cleaners (Custom Cleaners) today. And they also ordered the idiot judge who started the lawsuit (Roy L. Pearson) to pay the court costs of the dry cleaners.
Justice has prevailed 
I hope they get a lot more business because of this.

I hope the drycleaner gets all his atty costs paid by the plaintiff. So far he got court costs of 1000 dollars, but he has spent another 10,000 on atty costs.
Hope this sets a precedent; you sue and lose, you pay.
