Star Tribune continues to shill for Rep. Keith Ellison

Scott Johnson at Powerline has the details of the Star Tribune editorial board’s latest attempts at being apologists for for Minnesota Rep. Keith Ellison, this time over remarks Ellison made recently to a cheering crowd of atheists in which he compared the Bush administration to Nazi Germany.

While you’re at it, make sure you read this post from their archives titled “Keith Ellison for dummies” – it’ll tell you things the media has either glossed over or ignored.

    “the media has either glossed over or ignored.” Since when has not “the media has either glossed over or ignored.” If it is reported by the MSM I think there is some hidden agenda at work and dismiss most MSM reports. To think in the past we believed what we saw and read. What has changed, us or the MSM?

    After his speech was reported, Mr Ellison said he accepted that Osama bin Laden was responsible for 9/11. But his demagogic comments threaten to plunge him in controversy

    Sooooo do you pander to the crowd all the time, or just when you think no one is listening you?? Pathetic. I can only hope this guy is a 1 termer.

    Mark Drake, of the Republican party in Minnesota, said: “To compare the democratically elected leader of the United States of America to Hitler is an absolute moral outrage which trivialises the horrors of Nazi Germany.”
