Merry Christmas, everyone

Posted by: Sister Toldjah on December 24, 2007 at 8:11 pm

I’m about ready to settle down to watch the Denver/San Diego game with mom, dad, and hopefully my cat, if she’ll come inside from the cold.

Wanted to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, (happy holidays if you don’t celebrate Christmas). When you sit down at the dinner table tomorrow to have your holiday feast, please remember to say a prayer for our men and women in uniform, some of who won’t be home for Christmas this year, and their families, who will miss them dearly. Some of them, unfortunately, will have a permanent empty seat at the table. Please remember them in your thoughts and prayers as well.

And, as always, please remember the reason for the season.

God bless you all, and Merry Christmas.

Update 12/26: Hey ya’ll – still hanging with la familia and doing some after-Christmas shopping. Be back Thursday. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!

    ST as we read:
2:15 And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.
2:16 And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.
2:17 And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child.
2:18 And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds.
2:19 But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart.
2:20 And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.

Merry Christmas, ST to you and yours.

Merry Christmas to my friends and not so friends here.

ST, You don’t know what cold is in NC. I was playing outside before the Ice Bowl and it took 6 years living in SoCal to thaw out.

    Hey PCD,
Have you seen that Hillary commercial where she is surrounded by presents, and she is wondering about where she put Universal Pre-K. Well at the end of it all there is a still of her surrounded by all of these presents that she is going to give to us, the people, and she is still holding the Universal Pre-K present, and she says I am Hillary Clinton and I approve this message. I have to ask what the message is. If you elect me, I will give you all of these entitlements until you all puke?? Never in the history of man has so many lived off the fruits of those of us who have worked so hard to make this country great, despite the lack of help from those in charge. – Lorica

12, Lorica, I will be so happy Jan. 4 when all this damn lies stop polluting the airwaves. If the entire Democrat field dropped dead tomorrow, I don’t know who would be happier, me or Bill Clinton.

  14. Lorica says:

=)) So you have seen this commercial!! =)) – Lorica

14, Lorica, I mute out all Democrap commercials, except for the ones at work over the “Muzak” where I don’t have control of the radio.
