How dare she?!
Angelina is very hard to dislike, no matter what her views on any subject. If she ran for pres as a dem, rep, or independent, she’d get my vote. Based partly on sex appeal yes, but also that she’s a strong woman that comes across very well.
Wish I knew what was shakin’, but it seems both Sears and Sprint Nextel have hopped on the Obama HOPE train (or so says my co-blogger).
It was inadvertent to be sure, but in the Russia question in the debate, Clinton gave Medvedev a feminine name.
I don’t mean to be pedantic (which phrase is a clear indication that pedantry is inbound) but is not the proper terminology “What’s shakin, babe?”
Forgive my relentless quest for precision, but as one who has intensively studied the “lingo” of today’s “happenin’ youth” and is “hep to their jive,” I always attempt to place such youths at their ease by displaying an interest in and appreciation for their quaint and curious tribal customs. Believe me, it pays dividends if you can gain their trust and get close to them.
Becaise then you get a better shot pattern with 00 buck on the seats of their trousers.
Well, since you asked, less than a week ago I returned from my annual Winter sojourn to Hawaii; this time I visited Moloka’i while I was over there…and posted something about it HERE.

This is a lie. Almost universally major movies like Rendition, Munich, Syriana, Fahrenheit 911 Redacted, and others have taken the opposite view – Muslim terrorists are heroes and/or victims, and Americans (especially Bush) are pure evil. Even The Sum Of All Fears was re-written to remove traces of Islamofascism from Tom Clancey’s original book. Only Flight 93 even came close to criticizing Muslim terrorism.
Imagine during WWII Hollywood releasing film after film that either portrayed Nazis as innocent victims or Americans as evil warmongers. That is the situation we face today.
Still, this hit piece by Michael Conlon signals the MSM’s intentions – to wage a full-scale race-baiting campaign to put Obama in the White House. If you thought that 2004 and 2006 were bad, just wait until this fall!
