The 1-3 Chiefs are visiting the 3-1 Panthers today - the game started at 1pm and is being broadcast on CBS.
The first drive saw the Panthers not go far with the ball, thanks, in part, to stupid penalties (we lead the league in penalties, unfortunately). The Panthers defense seems to be doing a lot better, though, intimidating the Chief’s offense to the point they went nowhere on their opening drive.
Update: It was no contest today, so boring that I fell asleep early on in the 4th Q. Panthers win 34-0, and go to 4-1.

Go Cats! They, a 5-3 start in various confience pools, and Matt Kenseth missing The Big One at ‘Dega, are the only things going right for me today.

I understand W plans on redploying troops from Iraq in order to liberate Arrowhead Stadium from Herm Edwards

Make that 3-5 with late scoring, and the noon (1 pm) games are always my strong suit.

I am saddened to see the Oakland Raiders turn into such a train wreck. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen anything like this. Probably the closest were the Pats back when Victor Kiam owned that franchise.
(But) just the same, I am happy the Panters have gotten off to such a great start this season.
