Lisa did a great job bringing my ideas to life and adding her own special touches, as always. I’ve got to do some tweaking later this evening and see about having a few minor plug-in issues resolved, but it looks like it’s functioning pretty well so far. I’ll be posting an update with info on a couple of new features later on tonight.
I see the formatting bar is not showing up in the comments – I’ll try and fix that tonight.

Using Mozilla Firefox 3.0, I only see the right hand digit of the comment numbers: my previous comment (#14) shows up as a second 4.
It is like that in IE as well – I’m making notes now of the tweaks that need to be done.
I would point out one thing, though: using a bronze text color over a yellowish background, in the sidebar, might make it difficult for some people to read.

It looks like you installed threaded comments.
Threaded comments come with WP 2.7, but I don’t think I like them.
