It’s really too bad President Obama couldn’t figure out a way to jettison these two [Reid & Pelosi] who are poster children for everything that is wrong in Washington.

Has Jack Cafferty lost his mind or is this just a contrarian view of the world ?
How long can he last at CNN writing stuff like this ?

    Sister-

I just did a re-post of your story on Ken Leonard. And, as requested, I bookmarked the site so as to return & vote daily. FWIW: I pilfered your pic of him for the effort…figured as it was for a good cause, and all. This is my effort toward full-disclosure.

You and he are both now listed on my blogroll.

    Keep up the good work!

Poor Jack. He’s obviously forgot to chant Obama’s name as part of his morning mantra. 8-|

Remember how Nancy Pelosi just had to dash off to Italy, so the “stimulus” bill could not be delayed a moment sooner.
I had this feeling that this would be the result ..

VATICAN CITY, February 18, 2009 (LifeSiteNews.com) – The Vatican Press Office released a note this morning detailing part of the conversation which Pope Benedict XVI had with Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Vatican insiders inform LifeSiteNews.com that such releases are always phrased in diplomatic language and thus the correction of the Speaker who fancies herself a faithful Catholic despite her abortion advocacy can be taken as a rebuke. The text of the note reads: “His Holiness took the opportunity to speak of the requirements of the natural moral law and the Church’s consistent teaching on the dignity of human life from conception to natural death which enjoin all Catholics, and especially legislators, jurists and those responsible for the common good of society, to work in cooperation with all men and women of good will in creating a just system of laws capable of protecting human life at all stages of its development.”

.. by the end of the visit, I bet Nancy was wishing that she would rather be acting bipartisan with Republicans.
Gone are those dreams of being “Her Holiness”

  5. Neo says:

If Bush and/or the Republicans had tried this ..

The bill sets up a new panel, the Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board, which has the authority to request “that an inspector general conduct or refrain from conducting an audit or investigation.”

Holder: US is nation of cowards on racial matters

Does anyone think this will go over any better than that comment during the campaign about a “nation of whiners” ?

    Hm. Howabout this, though, Neo?

Jindal to Refuse Federal Bailout Money

    Here’s the money:

“We’ll have to review each program, each new dollar to make sure that we understand what are the conditions, what are the strings and see whether it’s beneficial for Louisiana to use those dollars,” Jindal said

What? No free lunch? Guess that’s another promise Obama’s broken….

I just want to know who is actually running the country while King Obama jets around the country having “townhall meetings” with society’s victims? Is he ever going to stay in Washington and actually work?? I don’t recall any president in my lifetime–and I am pretty old–who spent the first few weeks flying around the world holding television interviews, apologizing for this country, meeting with people, soaking up the adulation of the Kool Aid drinking fans –while God only knows who is in Washington actually running things. Is he going to continue to campaign right through his entire first term? – - -And where are the outrageous headlines about the war in Iraq? Aren’t those anti-war people still furious? Ooops! I forgot, all American journalists now work for Obama! :o
