Sigh … I feel another round of “caption this” coming on:

Oh, and just guess what network was on hand with the “breaking news”? None other than the admnistration’s favorite “news” outlet, MSDNC:

Wow … next thing you know, you’ll be finding out he sneezes, gets colds, goes to the bathroom, and does other normal things that mere mortals do, like taking leisurely strolls with his wife.
Sheesh. You’d think the mainstream media were just now figuring out that the guy is human.
Oh, wait. Maybe they really are just now figuring it out.

I really don’t care about the contrived political “common man” moment. I just see this as yet more evidence that this administration cares nothing for national security.
The President and Vice President, in a post-9/11 world, eating lunch together in an open, public, insecure venue.
At their lunch today we all were one, easily envisionable, tragedy away from…President Pelosi.

What the news will not talk about is that the person who owns this resturant is one of the targets of Obama’s redistrubion of wealth. Those people waiting on him may yet get a chance to thank him when they lose their jobs because their bosses taxes go up

And I agree with Allan, these contrived common man moments are such bs. This place wasn’t unsecure. I will tell you this, that the secret service had people in that resturant and snipers on the roofs of adjacent buildings, hours before, to protect the President, it is their job, and they do it quite well. This little common man moment probably cost the American tax payer half a million dollars or better.
It’s all more dog and pony show just like the Clintons. Everytime Bill Clinton had a “hankerin” for a Domino’s pizza it cost us over 50 grand, it is just more of the same. If this all ended tomorrow it wouldn’t be a day to soon. – Lorica
Appears to me that Mr. Biden is no longer concerned about being in public places and confined areas. They should have went to a BBQ restaurant and ordered a pulled pork sandwich. They could have killed two crisises with one stone
