One of those great, memorable moments in American history:
After the swearing in was over, Senator Brown (great to be able to say he’s official now!) took some questions from the mainstream mediots, which you can watch below (via John McCormack):
Oh – one other thing: He’ll get the office formerly occupied by Senator Kennedy.
And now, it’s time to get down to business.

Articulate, smart, answered questions with ease.I think it took the reporters by surprise. He is more presidential than what we have now.
YES.. more presidential than what we are stuck with! This guy is VERY impressive. Common sense may be coming back into style.
I know, being from Massachusetts that he’ll never duck a question, he answers all of them, even the tough ones. He’s one of those guys that doesn’t answer questions in a calculated way to please everyone, he just tells the truth. He also has a great ability to identify “setup” questions and you saw what he does with those. He’ll do fine.
I am excited about Lt Col Scott Brown’s win in Massachusetts. We need common sense leadership and folks with military experience in congress.
I’m also excited about Col. Conrad in Arkansas who is running for Blanche Lincoln’s seat. LINK
Another exciting military man running in FL is Lt Col Allen West. LINK
We can only hope he stays true to his principles, such as a previous Patriot Paul Revere–post below includes revere’s acount which bears much similarites to today’s challeges.
