Helen Thomas issued the following statement today: “I deeply regret my comments I made last week regarding the Israelis and the Palestinians. They do not reflect my heart-felt belief that peace will come to the Middle East only when all parties recognize the need for mutual respect and tolerance. May that day come soon.”

Not.buying it.

In the one-world without borders Helen Thomas and her fellow leftists embrace, a world populated by “citizens of the world”, by what rationale can one world citizen tell another to return to “where they belong”?

Maybe we should tell the native Americans to go back to their native Mongolia and return the New World to the Spanish conquerors who stole the two continents fair and square. All one has to do to expose the faulty logic is to apply to a different example. That is why Thomas is now a certified anti-Semite.

Her apology is nothing more than an acknowledgment that she shouldn’t have made that statement and that she is embarrassed. But we now know what she really thinks and that is what matters. There is no getting that genie back in the bottle. She did not misspeak. It was not a misunderstanding. She meant exactly what she said.

It’s a strong statemen for sure. Said out of strong feelings. Not sure it helps things, especially by people who feel strongly the other way, but yeah, she said it.

I think there’s some truth to it, however, especially about the origin of how Israel was set up, ect. Of course, the West also had a huge hand in all of that, and they also share the burden of the displacement of people.

The status quo cannot be maintained forever. Eventually, Israel will have to welcome the displaced people, and forge a government together. I don’t know what the future holds for naming the area, but the best solution is togetherness, not displacement and hate.

Helen Thomas at 94 is now able to reveal the truth of who she is. Sometimes for better and worse people control their true sentiments even though you might guess what they are. Her mental state ( or lack of ) has revealed the true Helen Thomas. There are sadly many others out there who are just as Anti-Jewish as she but they have not either gotten too drunk or too old to reveal themselves yet. But acti8ons do speak speak louder then words. The ughliness of the mental state of some of our pol “leaders” especially those on the LEFT refelct exactly what HT said. including those of BHO. That is my view. Anyway I am curious to see what the MSM does in dealing with her. I am not holding my breath.

If the lovely Miss Thomas believes that the Jews should “go home,” to Germany and Poland, where we good Christians exterminated six million of them, and to the United States, where we denied Jews fleeing the Nazis entrance, one might ask where she thinks the Germans and Poles who live on the land she’d give to the Jews would go. After all, under the “Thomas Plan,” she’d be stuffing seven million new people into central and eastern Europe, and there are already people living there.

Of course, if “home” for the Jews is Germany and Poland, we have to ask how they got here in the first place, and the answer is that they were expelled from their native land, the Holy Land to which they have returned, by the Romans. Perhaps Miss Thomas, whose parents were Lebanese immigrants, ought to leave the United States and return to Lebanon. After all, she’s living on land stolen from the Indians!

Like our esteemed hostess, I ain’t buying her “apology.” Someone like Helen Thomas doesn’t come up with an off-the-wall statement like she did without meaning it. She’s 89 years old now; she ought to have the courage and the honesty to stand up for what she really believes.

Actually, some hunters do try to recover used arrows, and will reuse them if they are undamaged. In this case, though the lovely Miss Thomas has shot her bolt, there’s absolutely no reason she can’t use the same arrow again.

So Helen is a bit demented…but even demented people have opinions. Let’s take Hitler, as an example. His opinions of the Jews was an idea called the Final Solution to get rid of the Jews. Or let’s take Czar Nicholas’ pograms to displace Jews and send them to who knows where, just get them out of Russia…then Lenin and Stalin took over (two very demented men) and they continued with gulags and deportations. If you were lucky you escaped and got to Israel. Those that came to the US will tell you living in Jerusalem/Israel would have been their number one choice.

She’s 94? That would put her in her early 20’s during WW2. Hmmm she was most likely the first and only female german soldier to work in a camp. She clearly demonstrates the disposition, mindset and propensity they had for genocide and her age fits
