Epic Fail: Reuters attempts hit piece on Marco Rubio, gets b*tch-slapped

This is what happens when you have a particularly error-laden MSM “investigative” piece on an a rising star Republican who scares the crap out of the left and combine it with intrepid conservative journalists who identify every mistake and vigorously call the “news” agency out on it.

More, please.

I don’t think they were mistakes I think they were intentional. Reuters is just another branch of the Democratic Party’s Propaganda Ministry no different than CBS, ABC, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, etc.

They don’t publish news. They publish left leaning propaganda. That’s their job as one of the propaganda mouthpieces of the Democratic Party.

    More, please.

Hate to bring this back to the ongoing campaign discussions, but you’ve just touched on the biggest reason, IMHO, for the Gingrich surge.

Conservatives are fed up with the MSM bias, which should surprise no one. But we’re also fed up with GOP politicians who do NOT stand up to the media. We’re sick of seeing the left-wing media hacks set the ground rules and forcing us to play on their field. Look at the GOP presidential nominees since Reagan: GHW Bush, Dole, GW Bush, McCain. Not one of them – or anyone on the campaign staffs – had the cojones to “b*tch-slap” a biased media, no matter how bad the bias got.

So when Gingrich does it, there are a lot of conservatives that say “Wow. More, please.” That gets him a lot of support, despite his obvious flaws and shortcomings.

Like the article’s author, Phillip Klein, I can see errors happening under deadline pressure. But this wasn’t the kind of article that had minutes-to-go deadline pressure. This was nothing more than a hit-job, and Reuters was rightfully humiliated for it.

It’s amazing how many thousands of words are written daily about the disastrous failed community organizer in the White House. Yet,nothing ever comes of it. If he is actually as destructive as we all believe, how does he stay in office? Shouldn’t he be impeached and sent on his way? Have we no recourse, other than to wait another year and hope his ass is booted out onto Pennsylvania Avenue? If this is what America as become, then someone please give me a glimmer of hope for my grandkids……

Maybe we could help the MSM, if all their offices were co-located in the Joseph Goebbels Media Building?

  6. Carlos says:

Expect an increasing amount of this barnyard poop in the next four years, especially about Rubio, but including any Repub that seems to be making headway with the average voters, like Daniels and/or Walker.

To destroy the person is the only answer Democrats have in dealing with those who would hold a lantern to the darkness of the party of death.

  7. Liz says:

They do it because it works! Well, most of the time! I am seeing a fair amount of it with the Rebublican candidates which I guess leaves less bones for the liberal media in the end, however wasn’t Gingrich going to refrain from attacking his opponents? I believe they can’t help themselves because again, it works!

  8. Jiji says:

It is way past time for the GOP guys to stop slitting each others throats and go to work on Obama. I’m sure he is sitting in the White House laughing hysterically at how foolish the GOPers are. America lost a lot when Bachman dropped out. With the way these fools are carrying on Santorum looks better and better every day.

  9. Carlos says:

Rick has his warts, too, Jiji, but if he’s still on the ballot in May when they get to Oregon, he’ll be my pick.

Then it’ll be up to the electorate to get a solid majority in the Senate and put more true conservatives in the House, to force Santorum to hold the line on government expansion, and to force him to make good on his campaign promises of truly diminishing spending (not slowing the rate of growth).

What does Reuters have against Rubio? This is getting UNREAL. Some staff writer, probably, thought they were laying the groundwork for 2016. It’s time for the GOP come to common agreement that, there times to circle the wagons and fight off a common enemy. Shoot outward to the circling enemies, NOT at the next wagon over…….otherwise, they will win!
