Heh: Did ABC News alter Clinton/Judd headline to escape Clinton affair jokes?

In scanning the headlines over at Memeorandum I came across this one, which immediately stood out – for obvious reasons to anyone familiar with former President Bill Clinton’s reputation for cheating on his wife and, in general, being an all around player:

But when you click on the link to the story itself, you get this headline:

And the URL reads this way: “bill-clinton-counseled-ashley-judd-senate-race-potential”


I’d bet the headline edit to take out the words “reaches out” was intentional, because a whole lot of wisecracks could be made about that headline – given not only Clinton’s notorious history with women, but also considering Ashley Judd’s penchant for gushing over Democrat politicos to the point she sounds like a teenage girl with a crush. But even if it wasn’t, I suspect Daily Caller’s Jim Treacher is right on the mark here with his speculation as to why Bill Clinton wants two female Democrats (the other is Kentucky Sec. of State Alison Lundergan Grimes) to give it a go for Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell’s seat in Kentucky:

Bill Clinton wants to see some girl-on-girl action in Kentucky[.]

Regarding the Senate race, I mean. Why, what did you think I was talking about?

Oh, I dunno …

    Don’t know if the pic is real or not (and don’t care), but it is a reminder that I’m surprised Clinton isn’t taking pics with anyone in the most pornographic administration ever. Like the Supreme said in his opinion, “I can’t define pornography but I know it when I see it,” and when I see the utterly disgusting economic and social filth emanating from this admin I know it’s pornographic and has absolutely no socially redeeming value…
