NC-18 Senator Chad Barefoot posted this hilarious tweet earlier of an ad North Carolina Democrats put out slamming the state GOP on what the left feels are poor educational priorities. Unfortunately for state Democrats, their ad included some grammar/spelling issues, which Barefoot circled below:

There is still another error in that line about “the tax holiday which parents depend upon”. It is poor grammar to end a statement with a preposition so it should read “upon which parents depend”.

That line about overcrowding due to budget cuts is a bit silly. With teachers of such poor quality as this it will not be long before their only job security will exist in birth announcements.

After the inordinately expensive public education that’s been wasted on these extraordinarily foolish and unknowledgable folk, one would think they’d at least have the intelligence to spell-check and check for gramattical errors. There are even some fairly decent programs to perform such functions, but I guess they’re too busy convincing themselves that control of little mushminds and making sure those little mushminds have absolutely no capacity for thought processes is more important than not displaying themselves as fools to an adoring, foolish public.
