From Florida, where Rep. Allen West is waging a battle to get a recount in St. Lucie county:

Just as background, one precinct has 7 voters registered and yet recorded about 900 votes. That’s a 13,000 percent turnout.

Call me crazy, but I think Congressman West has reason to be suspicious.

Um, no. Precinct 93 does have only 7 registered voters, but returned only 6 votes.

The people who administer the elections would certainly notice such a discrepancy.
Try to view these things with a bit of skepticism.

Not necessarily, not if they were Democrats looking to steal an election. And you can’t pretend there aren’t myriad cases of that.

Really? You weren’t very skeptical about the possibility that Democrats would look the other way and certify fraudulent vote counts. Ever hear of a place called Chicago? You should learn about it. There, they’ve turned the practice into an art form.

As Stalin, one of the great historical heroes of you leftists, reportedly said (paraphrasing here), it doesn’t matter who votes, it matters who counts the votes.

When the votes were certified, Zachriel, how many votes were certified to have been cast in Precinct 93? Seems that would be a fairly good indicator of whether there was some Chicago- or Washington (state)-style counting going on.

Even an Obamath liberal should be able to figure out that if there are seven registered voters and more than seven votes cast, one or more of the votes counted aren’t exactly legal.

Except when counted by a union Democrap, apparently.

Did you bother to read your own link? There’s a column there for percent voter turnout. And the overall turnout for St. Lucie county is over 140%.

Before you resort to your usual tactic of changing the subject, let’s point out that “% turnout” does not mean counting each individual race as a separate voter. So if there are 7 races on the ballot, and one voter casts a vote in each of them, that is not 700% turnout, no matter what leftist math says.

100% turnout means the total number of votes cast equals the total number of registered voters.

Try to follow this, now….I’ll type slowly for you…if the turnout is greater than 100%, it means more people voted than were registered.

Read that over a few times until it sinks in. Let us know when you’ve got the idea.

OK, ready?

If not everyone votes, the turnout should be less than 100%. OK, I know you leftists think you can make up the difference by having people vote twice, or by busing people from polling place to polling place. But in theory, if even one person doesn’t vote, the turnout is under 100%. In fact, even in the glorious people’s republics you guys remember wistfully, the turnout in ‘elections’ was only about 99.8%.

So when you have a county-wide average of 140%, that means there are either a lot of people who voted twice, or the people who counted the votes have their thumbs on the scale. And – hold on now, here comes another new concept, and you might have trouble grasping this – both of those are illegal.

No, really. Even in Democrat-controlled areas. You could look it up. And no, I don’t mean in Rules for Radicals. I mean in the law.

Yes, you might have the rare case where a few people get provisional ballots, and if the turnout is very high, it might exceed – barely – 100%. Maybe up to even 101% on an extremely
rare case.

So let’s circle back and consider something you said earlier, about being a bit skeptical. What are the odds that in an entire county, every precinct but one would exceed 100% turnout? And the overall total exceed 140%? About ZERO. Yet you accept the validity of such a statistic without the slightest question – doubtless because it helped a leftist win.

So before you go asking others to be skeptical, you might want to consider this: we are being skeptical – of Democrats who claim everything is fine in areas with 140% voter turnout.
