Long day
I’m sure you’ve all had days that were so long, and/or so bad you just wished they would hurry up and be over. Today was one of those days to me. If it coulda gone wrong, it did! Luck was not on my side today at all.

Just surfing around the blogosphere and a few message boards, it struck me – the differences between how the liberals unwaveringly support Cindy Sheehan and what she’s said versus how conservatives have done their level best to distance themselves from Pat Robertson’s advocation for Hugo Chavez’s assassination.
David Frum: What the President should be saying
This morning’s must-read comes from David Frum at NRO, who argues that the President badly needs to start reconnecting with Americans and instead of repeating platitudes about the situation in Iraq, and how he needs to remind them of how crucial winning in Iraq is to the global War on Terror (scroll down a bit to where you see the title "ANOTHER LOST OPPORTUNITY") :
