About that NYT/CBS poll
… specifically, the one I blogged about earlier this week where 53% of those polled answered that they were ok with warrantless wiretaps when used to fight terrorism:

The usual suspects will spin this into a negative for Bush but a new NYT/CBS News poll shows 53% of Americans support warrantless wiretaps when used to fight terrorism:
