If conservatives are supposedly so hateful …

… then why does the far left continue to report fake incidents of so-called ‘hate crimes’? One such instance can be read about at Stop The ACLU, where jonjayray links up to a news report about a gay Boise State University student who has admitted that he fabricated a report about an alleged ‘hate crime’ attack on him, and also admitted to using his fists and a stick to self-inflict the look of ‘injuries’ on his body.

I think the Duke lacrosse rape case (which Peter Bradley talked about in the above Real Clear Politics link) will be one that will one day be added to the list of hate crime hoaxes.

    - Two weeks before the trial is probably exactly what Nifong had in mind, based on the fact that the Feds have historically not prosecuted or investigated until AFTER the trial is adjudicated. Unfortunately for Nifong, with the call by a Senator to open the investigation ahead of time, ole prosecutor numero nada, may have to hurry things along a bit. I hope its too late for his sorry butt to wiggle out of this. What we need badly, is a few public dfrockings of Letist politics, and the press, and you might see a real impact on all the illegal activism.

    Even more damning evidence showing that this fraud of a case nifong is continuing, is indeed a fraud.

    DNA testing conducted by a private lab in the Duke lacrosse rape case found genetic material from several males in the accuser’s body and her underwear _ but none from any team member, including the three charged with rape, according to a defense motion filed Wednesday.

    The motion, signed by attorneys for defendants Reade Seligmann, Collin Finnerty and David Evans, complained that the information was not disclosed in a report on the testing prosecutors provided earlier this year to the defense.

    “This is strong evidence of innocence in a case in which the accuser denied engaging in any sexual activity in the days before the alleged assault, told police she last had consensual sexual intercourse a week before the assault, and claimed that her attackers did not use condoms and ejaculated,” the motion read.

    This is a continuing fraud that nifong is contuing to keep alive. Meanwhile these lacross student lives have been ripped apart because of the lies of this woman…

    Will she be charged if it is found she lied and perpertrated a lie and filed a false police report?

    Somehow, I don’t think she will.

    We are seeing who the real victims are, and no one seems to care because they are white men or thought to be well-to-do white men.

    My only question would be…why did she lie and tear these boys lives apart with this?
