Breaking news: Nifong asks to be recused from Duke lacrosse rape case

It’s about time. But assuming he’ll be allowed off the case, he’ll still be in the limelight as he’s in trouble with the NC Bar. I believe there will be a hearing on the complaints lodged against Nifong on Jan. 24th. Stay tuned.
