… but all the same, that hasn’t stopped “him” from making a political ad, showcasing how wonderful he is. Take a look:

:D

On a more serious note, here’s a shocker: The Huffington Post is very upset that NYT conservative columnist David Brooks was – gasp – critical of Gore’s new book.

    From the CBS News piece:

The book’s subtitle sheds more light on its contents: “How the Politics of Fear, Secrecy, and Blind Faith Subvert Wise Decision Making, Degrade Our Democracy, and Put Our Country and Our World in Peril.”

Oh…so it’s about how unscientific charlatans whips up hysterical fear about global warming, retreat into secrecy by refusing to debate opponents, and create a cult of blind faith GW fanatics? And how they would subvert wise decision making by introducing fraudulent ideas like cabon credits? And degrade the democracy by insisting no one be allowed to speak against them? And put the country and world in peril by bringing the American economy to a screeching halt and reducing our standard of living ? :o

Well, maybe this is worth a read then. Who would know more about such snake-oil selling hucksters than Gore? :-?
