WaPo watch: Still getting Gov. Palin’s positions wrong

Posted by: Sister Toldjah on September 12, 2008 at 8:48 am

In a page 1 story on Gov. Palin, the WaPo headline reads: “Palin Links Iraq to 9/11, A View Discarded by Bush.”

Unfortuntely for them, they got it wrong – again – as Bill Kristol points out here.  Not only that, but in an update to that post, John McCormack writes that the WaPo tried to “correct” their error … and that they still got it wrong.  Bob Owens and Tom Maguire are both all over the Post for misrepresenting Gov. Palin’s remarks, which she delivered yesterday at a deployment ceremony for Alaskan troops who are getting ready to head to Iraq.

This makes, what, the 3rd or 4th time they’ve bungled the facts about Gov. Palin’s record, positions, and/or statements?  Sheesh.  Dare I say they’re getting as bad as the NYT?

Now it appears that Palin isn’t just a problem for Obama.

Get ready, as we get closer to the election, for the democrats and their media enablers to have a full scale breakdown.

Does anyone, anywhere think that liberals are mentally prepared to lose this election?

We will see fits of angst like never before. These people are totally losing it. Barking mad!

This is purposeful. They have an agenda.

Yes, I agree. This is deliberate. These are not errors, but deliberate distortions.
They used to be able to get away with it.
