Houston blogger Jason Smith and family thankfully survived the onslaught from Hurricane Ike, but as you’ve probably read by now, things are a mess in that part of Texas and it looks like there’s no end in sight. He’s uploaded some photos of what he saw before and after Hurricane Ike hit the eastern Texas shoreline.
It’s getting hard to keep track of how many times he’s played the race card (not to mention his surrogates), but he’s done it again, this time in a Spanish language ad that is so filled with distortions and lies – and race-baiting smears – that ABC’s Jake Tapper took the time to debunk almost every bit of it here.
Just one more reminder that the Global War on Terror is far from over.
