What Joe the plumber gets to look forward to for the next two weeks

Oppo research, courtesy of the MSM. Jim Geraghty has more details.

Not that he needs to, but Obama could save money on oppo research by simply relying on the mainstream media, who will paw and dig at the personal lives of average voters if it means making it it easier for Obama to win the election.

Update: Wow – isn’t it very revealing that we know more about Joe the plumber courtesy of the Obamamedia than we ever have learned from them about Obama’s relationship with Bill Ayers, Rev. Wright, ACORN, etc? MM has more on a story developing out there in lefty la la land about Plumber Joe supposedly being related to … Charles Keating.

  1. Yeah, I have a feeling this guy is going to get torn to pieces.
Forget Alaska, the goon squads are coming to Joe’s home town.

His Crime? Asking the first frank, unscripted question of Obama, since he’s started running. Blasphemy!

Guess who gets audited next year….

  2. This is just the beginning.

Imagine four years of an Obama administration. Anyone who dares disagree with the Chosen One will have every school and job record throughout their lives scrutinized until something can be found to destroy them.

    Be afraid, be very afraid!

  3. Unfortunately what NC Cop says is all too true.

What gets me is that the personal circumstances of “Joe the Plumber” are completely irrelevant. He could be a complete fraud (which is isn’t) and it wouldn’t matter, because focusing on him completely misses the point.

Andt that is that Barack Obama is a socialist who wants to use out tax system to redistribute wealth in the United States.

  4. Texas Rainmaker has the best line:

Obama sees the plumber as a threat… because when the plumber does his job, the crap finally gets flushed out.

    Wish I’d said that. :)

  7. Lou Dobbs asked the question tonight:”Why is the media surrounding Joe’s house and not a single one in front of Mark Ayers house?”
