After 12 years, Sean Hannity’s worse half has decided to leave the show, effective at the end of the year. He’ll still have his Fox radio show, though, and be a regular contributor to the network.
No word yet on whether or not he’ll be replaced with another lefty, although rumor has it that Fox just may decide to let Hannity completely take over the reins of the show.
If they should decide to replace Colmes with another Democrat, who do you think it should be? Take this Hot Air poll and weigh in.

It’s too bad Hannity didn’t resign, too. Both those guys are useless.
I don’t mind Hannity. At least he calls the dems out when they lie and exaggerate on his show.
As far as replacing Colmes, I vote for Kirsten Powers. She actually seems rather rational and educated, even for a democrat….and she certainly is easy on the eyes.
Well, since Colmes is about as useful as a stuffed owl, how about, well, a stuffed owl.
Well, I voted in the poll for Juan. I might disagree with him on things, but I don’t find him irritating. Of course, I could certainly see Kirsten taking the other chair, too. And if not either of them? Well, get that stuffed owl Leslie mentioned.
Juan fer sure. He is going to make Sean raise his game big time.
I threw a vote to Kirsten too, but Juan Williams is a good choice as well. Actually, my first thought was someone they didn’t even list on the HA poll – Geraldine Ferraro.
Oh, and I agree with Anthony about Hannity. I listened to him on WABC in New York before his show went national, and found him self-centered and incapable of engaging a leftist in an honest debate. There were also times when a caller agreed with him, but didn’t use the same talking points – and Hannity couldn’t figure out this was a friendly caller, so he went on the attack.
Amazing what a few gazillion emails can do after a mere twelve long ass years.
Good ridance
