Backgrounder on the terrorist group suspected of being behind the Mumbai attacks

Billl Roggio has information you won’t find anywhere else on a terrorist group known as “Lashkar-e-Taiba.” It’s suspected of being behind last week’s Mumbai terror attacks, which killed at least 172 people and injured nearly 300. In his piece, Roggio points out that those who are trying to disassociate Lashkar-e-Taiba from al Qaeda are in error. There are not only ties to AQ, but there are many similarities between L-e-T and AQ … similarities that serve a common purpose. Make sure to read the whole thing.

By the way, should you ever suffer through the misfortunate of a terrorist attack where you are, assuming you survive you might want to hide in a place that CNN can’t see you.
