Where is Allah Pundit?

He’s definately not “in the house” – haven’t seen a blog entry from him since the 10th.

I am surprised and frankly dissapointed that there are not more voices in the blogosphere just as concerned. Allahpundit was often linked to by many bloggers, especially in the last several months. I keep hoping to see some mention by anyone that he is OK, even if there is no explanation for his absence. Anyway, thanks for at least giving me a place to check every day (thru trackback at Allahpundit)

I e-mailed him last week and he responded. As of October 14, he was OK. No further details. Thanks for the kind words on my blog ladies!

Hi La Shawn! Thanks for the update. I’m smacking myself upside the head wondering why I didn’t think to email him myself! 💡 Good to know he’s ok – I hope he returns soon or if he’s taking a vacation from blogging, I hope he gets a well deserved rest.

Oh my gosh! Hi Mike – weird, I had just visited his site yesterday to see if he was around. He’s been gone for over a month. Wonder if he’s ok?

I found a confusing (to my feeble brain) blog at:

It makes reference to Allahpundit and states that Allahpundit is simply tired of blogging. While I am pleased that the explanation is not worse, I wish Allahpundit had at least reassured his fans that he was OK. Anyway, that’s what I came across, FWIW. It is the only ‘news’ I have found so far.
