Back up and running

Had some hosting issues for the last few hours and couldn’t do any blogging 🙁 but it looks like we’re back up and running here now. Apologies for the downtime.

I’ll have to blog this evening as I’m working under some time constraints right now … consider this an open thread.

How about we do 2 things: First, Immediately re-establish full diplomatic relations with Iran and Second, the USA should immediately sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty like Iran has already done. Having signed that treaty Iran has certain “rights”(you know like “we the people”), and amongst the Iranian rights is the right to make nuclear power. All of you war-mongers should climb down a bit and relax. Peace

Does it really sound like Iran wants that?

When a mad man says he has a nuclear bomb strapped to his chest and says those things above – do you really want to talk and appease him or do you try and take him out?

And Iran seems ot be breaking all hte treaty rules too. You tout them as something special for signing something they are outright ignoring and telling the UN and anyone else who has a problem with them to go pee up a rope.

Having signed that treaty Iran has certain “rights”(you know like “we the people”), and amongst the Iranian rights is the right to make nuclear power.

They have Rights eh?
Then why does the UN seem to be telling them to stop?
Not like the UN will do anything, they have no teeth, another resolution, and another, make a bunch of speeches and warn Iran a whole lot, meanwhile Iran laughs all the way to a Nuke.

Sounds like Democrat Appeasement to the fullest – talk and warn Iran to death till Iran has what it wants, and suddenly scratch your head in bewilderment when there is a mushroom cloud overhead.

But then that will be Americas fault too.
Why didn’t America do anything about Iran?!?

All of you war-mongers should climb down a bit and relax.

And all you pacifist, peace-at-all-cost, nambi-pambi, flower-touting, tree-hugging, give peace a chance are talking to the wrong people. How about we send you and your fellow ‘peace’ people into the war zone, or over to Iran to put flowers in the muzzels of the guns pointed at your heads.

How is Islam a cult? In which country, other then Iran, is Islam in power in the Middle East? The Left does not spin, never has, which is why the Rightwing nuts always accuse it of “doom and gloom”. yes, a club of logic, a club of free thinkers, a club of diversity.

see we can have differing opinions without trying to ruin someone for thinking otherwise.

we want the laws held up and enforced, and for people to quit making excuses and apologizing for the actions of others.

And you statement of the left does not spin is foolish and inaccurate as always. I will freely admit the republicans spin, so do independents to what is where they want to lead opinion.

But for you to state thatthe left does not, is rediculous. Open your eyes. Hell, check out Factcheck.org to see the spin on all parties, including the LEFT.
