Re: Comments in Hot Headlines

I just noticed earlier tonight (this morning?) after logging on to my laptop for the first time in forever (where the max screen resolution is 1024×768) that readers who also use that screen resolution cannot see on the main page that there is a comments section attached to each link. Before the site went live, my designer was trying to determine what the problem was. I thought she had resolved it, but it doesn’t look like that happened. I’ve sent a service ticket to her and asked her to please fix it.

Until that happens, if your resolution is 1024×768 or under, to comment on something in Hot Headlines, please click the “All Headlines” link underneath them, which will take you to the HH category, where you can click on each individual link to post a comment.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I thought I’d caught everything that needed to be corrected but apparently not.

Update – 4:45 AM: Ok, after fiddling with this thing for the last hour or so, I think I’ve figured out the fix. Ya’ll let me know if you have any issues viewing anything. I’ll email my designer again to clarify with her as to whether or not what I did could be the permanent solution.
