I think it was Patton who said, a good plan aggressively executed today is better than a perfect plan tomorrow. Seems we need him at EPA today. Yeah, Costner’s system only sucks about 95% of the oil out, so it’s MUCH better to let all of it stay in the water! We have a government full of idiots and incompetents, the gods help us.
