Hey y’all – I’m under the weather this weekend and probably will not be online much. Wanted to start this as I know there is a lot going on out there right now that you might want to discuss – particularly the volatile situation between Russia and Ukraine. Feel free to use this thread for whatever’s on your mind.

As if any further proof were needed, the situation between Russia and Ukraine will serve to magnify the gutlessness of Obhammud and Kerry, the two most obvious pussy willows to occupy their respective offices. Where is Jane Fonda in all this? Or urban terrorist Bill Ayers?

Change of topic: Yahoo! news page has been running some of the most despicable anti-conservative “news” stories lately I’ve seen in a long time, everything from “why do conservatives hate gays” to how conservatives are the reason nothing gets done in D.C., save what our lord and savior does with executive orders.

Nearly all of it is opinion, very little actual “reporting” as understood by fifth graders prior to 1960, but all the gospel truth to the true believers in our Kenyan prez too stupid to understand they’re being played like puppets for fools.

I just wanted to tell my fellow Tarheelian that I hope you get to feeling much better pronto! I also wanted to leave it in writing somewhere in case in the near future we all get blown to smithereens what with this bunch of LOW-LIFE IMBECILES we have running our beloved country, that I truly love everyone (minus libs) and am sorry for any wrong doings I have done. Carlos, I see that all the time especially on the tea party. If you look up the tea party platform, there 10 tenets. They all have something to do with fiscal policy. Yet, the TP is constantly blamed in the news for active initiatives in anti-gay law, voter suppression laws, abortion laws, and other modern republican hot buttons. Can someone tell me one person in Government who is an official tea party member? We are not talking about people that rep and dem sources attribute tea party aspects and somehow singlehandedly stop Gov’t, and we shouldn’t even really be talking about the tea partiers who just campaign and vote for the most conservative candidate as being the best of the worst, though I know that doesn’t leave much…

@Tuerqas–It’s the party line. Dingy Harry Reid informed the nation that all the horror stories surrounding the IRS targeting of conservatives were Fox News fabrications. If that is the case, why is Lois Lerner pleading the Fifth?
