Justice prevails in Australia
I blogged back on Oct. 18th regarding a story out of Australia about a lawyer there who was claiming a “cultural time bomb” defense in an appeal for one of three rapists in a case regarding the gang rape of two girls, aged 16 and 17. The follow-up to this:

Panthers at the Bucs
Gonna be a tough day for the cats as they face off against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on TB’s home turf. It’ll be a battle for the top spot in the NFC South. TB lost last week to the hapless 49ers but I expect them to regain footing today and give the Panthers a heck of a game.

Joe Wilson threatens legal action against Maj. Gen. Vallely
In a follow up to this post – where I linked up to a World Net Daily article that reported Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely as saying JoeWilson ‘outed’ his wife to him in the spring of 2002 in the Fox News green room – Joe Wilson is now threatening legal action against Maj. Gen. Vallely if he doesn’t retract his statements:
