No, this is not about abortion, even though the title may suggest it is. It’s about women who are bypassing sex in the UK in favor of what they are calling "instant pregnancies":

Bill Maher’s ‘humor’: Sickening.
That Bill Maher is SUCH a funny guy! Not. Rumors from that bastion of credibility the National Enquirer are that the President is drinking again. Maher talks up the Enquirers credibilty as well as cracks jokes about things associated with drunken behavior, like wife beating. You can view the clip here.
