Yours truly officially has in hand her first ever Smartphone. It’s a T-Mobile Dash 3G, which got good reviews from the editors at CNET. I really dig it so far. It’s a good phone, I think, for first time Smartphone users.

This is a picture of the rose bush in my front yard. It’s blooming like it never has before in the over 3 years I’ve been here. It’s gorgeous – but very thorny, and almost overgrown. The previous owners apparently had a thing for roses, because there were also some trailing rose bushes in the front yard I had to deal with my first spring here (they’re gone – too much to handle).
