Hey y’all – I’m feeling a lot under the weather tonight and so far, the chicken soup and the Dayquil aren’t really helping. Maybe a good night’s sleep will.

I’ve got a full day tomorrow of going to end-of-summer yard sales, visiting a friend, and shopping/having lunch with mom. Will check in at some point tomorrow when I can.

The Cats don’t play until tomorrow – at Dallas, in the fancy new stadium. Not looking forward to it. I doubt the Cowboys are going to lose two in a row at home.
Socialized healthcare and the “choice” lie
Back in July, I wrote about the news that under the Senate’s version of ObamaCare, Americans who – after all is said and done with this bill – fail to sign up for a so-called “affordable” healthcare plan could face fines over $1,000 from the federal government – fines the feds plan on using to help “pay” for this monstrosity of a bill.
