One of those days
It’s an Extra Strength Tylenol night at casa de ST. I’ve had a day like this:
Yes, it’s snowing here (PHOTOS ADDED)
A few readers have emailed to find out if I’m snowed in yet from the big winter storm that is blanketing parts of the east coast … the answer is no, not yet, but the snow is coming down pretty good right now. We had rain all night and gradually this afternoon it turned into a rain/freezing rain/snow mix, and now it’s just straight up snow. Look like maybe about an inch is on the ground right now, but they’re calling for more (up to as much as a 9″ inches in some areas).
The ST blog: 5 years strong … and still growing
Hard to believe it, but today’s my 5th blogiversary, and what I said on my 4th blogiversary holds true today. I sincerely, sincerely appreciate the support of longtime readers, commenters, and emailers who send me encouragement, tips, and write to me both in email and on the blog about their views. It’s safe to say that we all learn and grow when we’re willing to listen and learn to and from each other. Over the years this blog has taken on a family-like atmosphere, since so many have gotten to know each other from regular commenting.

You’ll notice to the left, just below the ad section, there’s a Paypal tip jar that will stay up for the forseeable future. You do not have to have a Paypal account to donate. I’m normally not too crazy about having one of those things up on the blog, but unfortunately for all of us money doesn’t grow on trees and there are some things I’d like to have done to the blog that cost $$.
Doctor visit update
Wanted to update ya’ll on the latest concerning the discovery of a cyst in one of yours truly’s organs. My dr. visit was yesterday afternoon.
