Here lately pundits and other political commentators from Peggy Noonan to Karl Rove to Jonah Goldberg have been weighing in on the “form” of GOP candidates for President (and potential ones) – in particular those who have accents and plainspeaking ways about them, like Sarah Palin and Rick Perry.
