The Goronation continues: Al Gore rocks the planet!

Posted by: Sister Toldjah on December 13, 2007 at 9:08 am

The Washington Post published fawning recap of the Nobel Peace Prize concert which took place Tuesday where the guest of honor was, of course, The Goracle. Read it only if you have a strong stomach.

Amy Menefee at Newsbusters provides the condensed version.

Here are photos of some of the “A-list” celebs who were a part of the Goracle lovefest. And here are some photos of the Goracle from the concert.

I think I’ll skip that late breakfast I was contemplating.

What else has Gore been up to this week? Accusing the US of blocking “climate talks progress” and urging the UN to take action on climate change in spite of it.

He thinks he has a “mandate” of sorts now, and by golly he’s gonna use it.

Any American who wants to place the UN over US sovereignty is a traitor. Of course, the Goreacle will never pay any penalty, and in fact his treason will enhace his standing among the other traitors who wish to dismantle the US as an independent nation.

Claiming allegience to a higher ideal is still no defense – that’s the excuse the Rosenbergs’ apologists use (at least those who accept that they were spies). Saint Al really needs to take up permanent residence outside the US and be a citizen of the world. Like the Rosenbergs’ higher allegience, the ideology Al espouses will result in massive deaths, impoverishment of most of humanity, and the extinguishment of liberty worldwide. The only benefactors will be his fellow members of the Green nomenklatura.

And to think that this charlaton actually thought he deserved to be President.

Absolutely Steve!! Why is this man still allowed to be a citizen of the United States of America?

“My own country, the United States is principally responsible for obstructing progress here in Bali. We all know that,” Gore said to loud applause. “But my country is not the only one that can take steps to ensure that we move forward from Bali with progress and with hope.”

WRONG AL!! Hypocrasy killed the Bali conference not the US. The problem with hypocrites is that they cannot identify other hypocrites such as themselves. – Lorica

Al Gore refused to ever debate, then declares the “debate is over!” This is junk science, and the fact he was given a peace award is a disgrace, as this will only create discord between the people who fly unimpeded in private jets, and those that just see the contrails from the ground.

Does anyone else here remember Jackie Presser? He was president of the Teamsters Union back in the early ’80s, knew little and cared less about the lives of the actual dues-paying members, corrupt as all get out (paid himself four salaries, ties with the Cleveland mob, etc.). Yet the Teamsters reelected him as president time and again until he was indicted for fraud.

Yeah, Gore reminds me of that.
