Now, why does he support her nomination again? Sounds like he’s just skipped the “advice” part and gone straight to “consent.”

That shouldn’t surprise anyone. How many dems passed the stimulus bill without reading a page.
If America is still around in 50 years, it will be interesting to see how history judges the democrats, they truly are the scum of the earth for what they are doing to this nation.
It’s leadership like Harry, Nancy, Joe, and (ahem) “Barry” that give me hope – hope that they’ll overreach so badly that 2010 and 2012 are disasters for them.
Harry Reid’s rationale for supporting Judge Sotomayor shows all the subtlety and sophistication of a four year-old:
Question: Why do you support Judge Sotomayor?
Harry Reid:’Cause!
Harry Reid is his own worst enemy. If the G.O.P. has any sense at all, next year it’ll replay the above the video in Nevada again…and again…and again….
Why should he be concerned about reading any of her judicial opinions? Heck, he hasn’t even read a single bill HE sponsored in the Senate in the past 12 years, so why should he be bothered with her opinions? Zero nominated her, that’s good ’nuff for him…
Reid nor any of his cronnies need to read or investigate anything that Obama wants. They constantly show “Blind Loyalty” to Obama, while turning their backs on the people who put them in office.

Not quite. They’ve yet to turn their backs on the people who run the auto workers’ unions, the NEA, ACORN…
But only the people who run them, not the actual members. ‘Course, the members are also the ones getting screwed by their union “leadership” AND the elected government, and unfortunately the rest of us are also paying the price for that stupidity.
