Maxine Waters: You’re a “Neanderthal” if you don’t support the public option

Posted by: Sister Toldjah on August 25, 2009 at 9:32 am

Hey, we just keep regressing! First it was mobsters, then “un-American,” then Astroturfers, then fascists, then terrorists, then brownshirts, then racists, then assassins, and now Neanderthals.

Two years ago the type of dissent being displayed right now by opponents of ObamaCare would be viewed as “patriotic” had it been directed at George W. Bush over any number of issues. My, how times change.

    So, let’s review. I am a:

    Nazi
    Hate Monger
    Timothy McVeigh wanna be
    Fascist
    Racist
    Neanderthal.

Yeah, I can live with that. Did I leave anything out?

  2. Carlos says:

Yes, NC. According to the darling of DHS, you’re also a terrorist (or whatever term they’re using now).

Oh yes, thank you Carlos, I almost forgot about that one. That’s quite an impressive resume I’m putting together isn’t it???

  4. Carlos says:

    OK, let’s review.

    1) Nazi: What with busing in brownshirt union thugs to attack citizens, and supporting the National Socialist direction of this admin, who is a Nazi?

    2) Hate Monger: Two words: Maxine Waters.

    3) Timothy McVeigh: See #1 above.

    4) Fascist: With her undying support for the admin’s proposed programs, who’s a fascist?

    5) Racist: It would be easy to come up with multiple quotes displaying an inveterate hate of “white folks”, so she is hardly one to cast stones.

    6)Neanderthal: I won’t even touch that one.

    7) Terrorist: Again, it would be easy to come up with a plethora of threats made to people in disagreement with her, the very definition of “terrorist”.

So, what we appear to have here is a severe case of projection from a congressperson elected multiple times by her obviously ignorant or racist and fascist district voters.

You left out that you’re “un-American” and are likely Astro-turf, per Nancy “Liar of the House” Pelosi.

And you’re greedy, brain damaged, or just really, really stupid, should you deem that Janeane Garafalo’s or Bill Maher’s opinions are worth more than a crumbled up gum wrapper.

    You probably hate children, too.

  6. JanSilver says:

But we dress so well — you can find us in our Brooks Brothers clothing along with a swastika on our arms.

My 5 year old resorts to namecalling when he can’t get his way and cannot articulate his argument. Sounds the same with them…..

  7. Great White Rat says:

Jan, no…there’s one big difference. Your 5-year old will mature and grow beyond that stage. Your average leftist is never able to elevate debate past the level of a poo-flinging chimp.

  8. Classic wrote:

    Nope, it’s in there :)

  9. Great White Rat says:

Whoa….I guess Maxine must be right. Someone very influential agrees with her: Fidel Castro.

In an unusually conciliatory column in the state-run media, Castro said Obama had inherited many problems from his predecessor, George W. Bush, and was trying to resolve them. But the “powerful extreme right won’t be happy with anything that diminishes their prerogatives in the slightest way.”

Obama does not want to change the U.S. political and economic system, but “in spite of that, the extreme right hates him for being African-American and fights what the president does to improve the deteriorated image of that country,” Castro wrote.

“I don’t have the slightest doubt that the racist right will do everything possible to wear him down, blocking his program to get him out of the game one way or another, at the least political cost,” he said.

So we’ve reached the point where you can’t tell the difference between the official Democrat party line (as voiced by luminaries like Obama, Pelosi, Hoyer, and their press lapdogs) and an aging, decrepit, murderous, marxist dictator.

  10. Helen says:

Neanderthal? Blimey! Does she even know what that means? :-?

  11. LOL, Helen. I’m sure she meant it in the most insulting way possible, but darn it, there are some Neanderthals who I really like! ;;)

  12. Carlos says:

A college professor once told me it was difficult to believe in evolution because, if man had evolved, why did so many students look like neanderthals?

Not makin’ a comment on anyone in particular, just sayin’.

  13. Jo says:

Maxine Waters should be on a poster promoting the Democratic ideals along with Bawney Fudd Fwank, Cutesy Pelosi, Dingy Harry Reid and the rest of the corrupt Dem Lib Socialists. And do the entitlement masses actually believe that ilk is working on their behalf?

I am watching the adoration of the late ‘swimmer’ Ted Kennedy. What a damn saint. We can thank the Kennedy’s for so much of the liberal lunacy in this nation.

  14. Kate says:

Well I think it’s time for a Geico ad now…..this is troubling, though, coming from such an esteemed member of congress*. With her intellect* you would think she could come up with something more cogent for an argument. But as Michael Savage has written, liberalism is a mental disorder! I really believe we are seeing the outward workings of their disorder. They have become unreasonable and want to cram their agenda down everyone’s throats and say they know better because they are in a panic and want to get their agenda in the pipeline before anyone notices. Guess what Maxine….the masses are onto you and your ilk. Now comes the name calling….

*Sarcasm for any lib who might misconstrue it for reality.

  15. Steve Skubinna says:

They are panicking. They sense their chance to transform America into a copy of the failed European socialist welfare states is fading. It never really existed, they mistook Obama’s election for a sweeping mandate for change.

Regardless, they see their best chance slipping away and they have no other solution than to smear their opponents. They never looked on the 48% who did not vote for Obama as “real” Americans anyway, and they’re just at that stage of desperation where they are saying what they think.

As for myself, I’d rather wear the epithet of racist un-American teabagger Nazi Neanderthal than live in their socialist fairyland of unicorns and free skittles. Bitter clinger that I am.

  16. Carlos says:

“…from my cold, dead hands” is a phrase that could apply to leftists’ belief systems, even though every evidence possible has been provided showing what false and imprisoning ideologies those are.

And, given that they refuse to look beyond unicorns and skittles, it’s no wonder they react like the emotionally-challenged 5-year olds they are.
