Gotta love Google

When I logged on a few minutes ago imagine my surprise to find that the site had over 1000 hits already.  I average about 750 or so a day, so my curiosity was piqued.  I checked my Sitemeter and come to find out, my site is coming up on the first page of Google’s search engine (for the moment) for the name "Deborah Hale" – Ms. Hale is the lady I blogged about two days ago who is selling her house – as well as herself with it......   [Read More]

Thursday: My day of rest :)

Life has been on the crazy side for me the past few weeks and as a result of that I’ve declared Thursday Nov. 3 ST’s Day of Rest. I won’t be working. I plan on sleeping in (clock alarm will *not* be in use LOL). Got a couple of small errands to run but other than that, my time is free to be a total veg (insert Howard Dean scream here – heh). Probably will not blog until the latter part of the afternoon or early evening as I need to get away from politics for a few hours … I’ve hit information overload and need to step back a bit. REPOSTING: If Bush “lied”, so did others

The Democrats in DC are busy lying through their teeth about the President’s alleged “lying” about the reasons he used to justify the war in Iraq. As a result of this nonsense, I feel compelled to repost a blog entry I posted back on Oct.7, 2004 (original posting by me on 6/2/03 on a message board I frequent – this version, however, is modified to include info that was current as of Oct 2004) in response to similar accusations of lying by Democrats towards the administration at that time.
