The confirmed Socialist (scroll) and Dr. of Disology told the Obama administration’s favorite “news” network that the GOP has, in effect, “created a monster” by giving credence to the Tea Party movement:
It was so wonderful for left-wing Democrats back before Obama was elected: their Messiah-candidate promised to end the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, close the Guantanamo Bay detention center, investigate the CIA, and even …maybe, just maybe, in their most cherished dreams… go after the evil Bush and Cheney themselves.
The Associated Press reports on the latest tactic Alaska incumbent and write-in candidate Lisa Murkowski is trying in her desperate attempt to keep the Senate seat she currently holds:
Is this any way to treat a Lightworker? Barack Obama has apparently become such strong electoral poison for Democratic candidates that Al Gore, speaking at a rally in Florida for Kendrick Meek’s US Senate campaign, failed to mention the signature achievements of Barack Obama’s administration, or even Obama himself. Even the candidate himself could not speak the unutterable name:

It’s a short list, really. While I expect good returns overall for Republicans and conservatives, there are a few races that, if I only got these, I would consider it a very good night. One, of course, is the defeat of Barbara Boxer by Carly Fiorina. Boxer, an unintelligent, corrupt, and reactionary statist, has been an embarrassment her whole time in the House and Senate; I’d vote for day-old roadkill before I’d vote for her.
