Gosh darn it, why can’t the new Pope just “get with the times”? NBC – of course- exemplifies the type of focus our superficial, “progressive Christian” mainstream media has put on the new leader of the Catholic Church (bolded emphasis added by me):
NOTE: I originally titled this post as Toure being a “26 year-old MAN” but changed it to “ADULT” after my friend Bill Hobbs re-emphasized the point that a real man would not have done to his child what he advocated.
It’s been a very bad week for the “feminists” and the pro-abortion movement. In the week that has seen willfully ignorant women across the United States “celebrate” the 40th anniversary of dreadful Roe V. Wade decision, which paved the road for some 55,000,000 unborn children to be aborted since, we also saw reality intrude as we read one militant abortion advocate inadvertently expose the hypocrisy of her fellow “right to choose” pals. And not just their flaming and outrageous two-faced nature, but the type of cold-blooded cruelty towards “unequal life” that would have made racist eugenicist & Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger extremely proud. “All life is not equal,” wrote Salon’s Mary Elizabeth Williams, and yes an unborn life indeed “can be a human life without having the same rights as the woman in whose body it resides. ” Furthermore, she went on, her sisters in abortion solidarity needed to stop with the nonsensical arguments about when life begins:
Sometimes your political opposition’s arguments are so deeply disturbing yet at the same time revealing, that there’s no need for you to add any major comment to it. These types of arguments essentially can speak for themselves (and usually not in a good way). All I’ll add to this conversation is that I’ve – like many of you – come across many a pro-abort in my time who adamantly deny that life begins at conception, who’ll say it’s only a life when it becomes “viable” as per the Roe v. Wade ruling. Yeah, I know it’s warped, but this IS the “feminist” movement we’re talking about here, so keep that in mind … because what you’re about to read below is much, much worse, while at the same time being an oddly refreshingly candid admission of what we already know about the “pro-choice” crowd. Very few in the “choice” gang will own up to the below sentiment, but I’ve come across a few who will and, let me tell ya, for someone whose eyes were already wide open on this issue, my eyes get all the more wide every time I hear or read variations of this. It is astonishing to me that anyone with warm blood running through their veins can believe that life begins at conception yet still think it’s ok to terminate that life.
First, I’d like to say that I hate that the anniversary of this decison, which gave women the ‘right’ to terminate their pregnancy(ies), is on my birthday.
