She’s not my Congresswoman, but I sure wish she was! Rep. Virginia Foxx from NC’s 5th Congressional District gave an incredibly moving speech on the floor of the US House yesterday in support of HR 1797 – the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which effectively bans abortions after the 20th week except in cases of rape, incest or the health of the mother.
