If this isn’t holding up a bill from passage just out of spite I don’t know what is. Apparently, Filner is holding up a vote to name a New Mexico VA hospital after a Korean war hero because a Republican (Heather Wilson) is the chief sponsor.
Keith Olbermann, in his “special comment” from last night, strongly chided Democrats for not being cut and run enough because they caved in on the timeline stipulation in the Iraq war supp.
