As usual, Helen took the media position that the ‘government monitoring bank records’ story was a violation of the rights of law-abiding Americans and of course she took the position without any thought as to what the facts were. She also tried to insult Snow’s intelligence by acting like that the terrorists already knew about the SWIFT program so this wouldn’t be news to them.
