Her comments, blathered Monday on The View, pretty much speak for themselves:
A couple of days ago, pro-life blogger Jill Stanek documented three stories, posted at a pro-abortion blog, of women in the comments section who had had abortions for birth control reasons who were completely unashamed of them. If you’ve ever wanted to read a little more in depth as to what a classic narcissistic uber-liberal feminist sounds like, you’ve got it right there. One of them had three abortions. And here it was I thought the left was, courtesy of their precious sex education classes in junior and senior high school, so much more educated than us backwater conservatives about the dangers of having unprotected sex to the point that little “accidents” like pregnancy just didn’t happen to them.
Read the various headlines about four women in Wisconsin who are accused of kidnapping and assaulting a man who they claim was involved with all four of them (it’s true for at least one of the women – she’s his wife). Supposedly none of them knew he had other lovers and when they found out, they allegedly kidnapped him, tied him up, and – um – glued a certain part of his anatomy onto his stomach.
Even if you aren’t a sports fan, you’ve probably already heard about the video that was made of ESPN sideline sports commentator Erin Andrews while she was naked in a hotel room. It was a video done through the peephole of 2 different hotel rooms, according to reports, and without her knowledge nor consent. She and her lawyers are taking the appropriate steps towards legal action towards the despicable person(s) responsible for making and publishing the (approximately five minute) video in the first place – once investigators get a good lead on who it/they might be. There is wild speculation that the video may have been an inside job, made by someone who works with her at ESPN, since the network would know her work schedule better than anyone else.
James Joyner pretty much has the ultimate takedown on Jimmy Carter’s recent reaffirmation that he has “left” the Southern Baptist Convention because, essentially, he believes that the SBC is no better than Islamofascists when it comes to the “subjugation of women.” Why? Because the SBC still believes that it’s against scripture for women to serve as pastors and deacons in the church.
